Charter Policies

  • 1. The captain holds the discretion of cancellation/re-schedule based on weather conditions. Our intent is to give the customer the best experience.
  • 2. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the charter forfeits the charter fee. We will strive to help the customer re-schedule.
  • 3. The charter includes all necessary equipment for a great day on the water. If the customer loses equipment overboard the cost of replacement is added to the charter fee. Hold onto those rods tight!
  • 4. Please refrain from alcohol consumption during the charter. Let's be safe out there.
  • 5. This is a guided fishing charter. Cost of this excursion is based on 2 anglers. Thank you and look forward to seeing you on the water.
